.NET Framework Initialization Error

When I distribute the program to another machine, I execute the program that showing an error message box..
To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework:
v4.0.30317

Solution

1. Install .Net Framework 4 or download a standalone installer . 
2. If you haven't install WIC(Window Imaging Component), you will meet some error when you installing .Net Framework 4. The message box tells you must install 32bits WIC before install .Net Framework 4. You can download the program from here.
